Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
There is a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
NO-SHOW NO-CALLS will be charged 100% of the service total booked.
I understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, I request at least 48 hours notice. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE BY CALL OR TEXT. Cancellations by email or social media will not be valid.
Guests who do not honor their appointments may be charged a cancellation fee as follows:
• 48 hours notice: Service(s) may be cancelled without charge
• Failure to show: The entire service(s) will be charged
• Cancellation under 48 hours: Service(s) subject to a 50% charge of the full service
